I think the question should be: why should Europeans move to Uruguay?
1.- Uruguay is currently the only country where things work normally, without political upheavals or social crises (although in 2002 they had a great social and economic crisis)
2.- Curiously, it is a country without poor Latin American immigrants compared to the other countries of the Southern Cone: Chile and Argentina; In fact, millionaires and the Argentine and Chilean upper class are making the decision to emigrate to Uruguay.
