I never said I suffer. I moved here (I’m local but was living with my gf and kid in France where she’s from) last Wednesday for a good paying job. I was stuck in the minimum wage shitty job loop since ever. It seems like just like that; overnight I got out of poverty. It feels insane.
you could say that

Fucking privileged cunt
I live here.
Thanks bro. Little tip. Get into IT (not programming that’s not IT and a fucking meme). If you need to get out of the shitpay jobs get into helpdesk and learn as much as you can.
Bitch I made it myself. Worked my way through a crap MSP job without any relevant degree or whatever. Now I got hired by a Fortune 500 company and they paid to fly my family here and put us in a great hotel and I get a sick cash bonus to cover additional costs. All because I worked for it. By the way; you don’t ever get what you deserve. You get what you negotiate. Now continue being mad.
only non-sufferer itt
fucking ell, what is that Victorian era factory in the background?

Why IT and not programming? I was trying to get into software engineering
It's ok, pretty high living standards for this cunt and I can sail and dive so i'm content.
Because the self-taught success rate for programming is low. Anyone that can talk to people can do helpdesk and it will at least get you started in the environmnet practically immediately instead of crunching hours besides your shitty daytime job trying to learn programming. I've moved from L1 helpdesk to IT support L2 and from there on you can start hanging out with other IT people like network engineers and the likes. It's also a good way to figure out which direction you want to go. Myself I want to move into networking / cybersec and eventually cloud engineering and automation. That's where the big money is rn. If you really want to learn some coding learn Python and Bash. Bash is the linux shell to make scripts. If you can automate systems in linux you can make money.
