i like those colors

how many of those belong to cartels?

are they as dangerous as Brazilian favelas? do you have armed gangs there? or Mexicans are less prone to violent crime?

at night it has more SOVL

>Él no postea la simi favela
nunca lo logrará

>Mexicans are less prone to violent crime?
Let's have a look shall we

Brazilian stats are lowered by their crime-less south I guess, if only favela areas were taken into account the score could be different

looks like a poor neighborhood, we have these too
I will never understand the awful colors they choose

redpill me on venezuela

t. Hermano von Poopenfarten

It depends on the zone I guess. My father lives in one and I go visit him early in the morning and it's comfy as fuck. It's really tranquil but my state is also like the second most peaceful in the entire country.

>favelas
that's not a favela

just being poor and run down doesn't make it a favela.

Rio and Bahia basically skew the whole thing. The south is not even that much lower

>My father lives in one

wtf why he lives there and not with you? did your mother kick him out?

Mexican houses look like clown shit.

Latam houses need to focus more on attention to detail
Too many houses with exposed bricks or unfinished rooftops that look grey and boring
If people only learned to care and invest in their houses to make it look cute instead of building another floor things would look better and maybe they would feel better by having a cute neighborhood
or you know, we can make laws that force this because people are shit

>crime-less south
lol porto alegre has higher murder rate than Rio, southerners just like to act they live in a south american switzerland because the overall crimes are marginally lower than the national average

>lol porto alegre has higher murder rate than Rio

ok but what's the ethnic background of these crimes perpetrators though? are they really ethnic Germans like most of Sul residents?

Yes they separated when I got into college

>Another number revealed by the Atlas of Violence with significant growth was the murder rate of blacks in the state, which increased 93.4%, from 19.1 cases per 100,000 people in 2006 to 36.8 homicides per 100,000 residents in 2016. In São Paulo, the black homicide rate dropped 47.7% in the same period.
you tell me

ok, kinda sad but is having to live in a favela considered a total failure in your life in Mexico or not necessarily? do you even use a special word for these neighborhoods or they're just normal districts? did your father have to build his house on his own? are these houses in favelas just sold and bought and the state recognizes property ownership, even if they were built illegally?

campaigning politicians give those to poor people in exchange for votes
better than exposed brick

Blatant manipulation of data. Why the fuck do right wingers lie so fucking much? Is it just in south america (and north desu, you're not that different)?

You literally can't compare leftists and rightoids here. Basically if you're decent and want to enter politics your only choice is a socialist party because the rightoids here are literal sociopaths and murderers.

btw it's lowering

>Also according to data released by the state government, 80% of homicides are related to disputes between criminal organizations, especially those linked to drug trafficking. For this reason, public security has tried to bring about the breakdown of groups and the increasing accountability not only of executioners, but also of those who order murders.

>In 2021, in the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre alone, the Department of Homicide and Protection of the Person (DHPP) of the Civil Police carried out the arrest of more than 1,500 suspects of involvement in deaths.

so why Brazil has never been better than currently now under Bolsonaro (except for the Medici era but he was also right-wing)

>implying
>implying

nice joke, maybe socialist people are "decent" but politicians are just as trash as right wingers, they have links with drug cartels and are corrupt

idk but this map looks like north/north-east is significantly more criminal than the south

Cope

brazil was legit better during the first lula government, but that was mostly due the commodities boom
it could be way better now if they used that money for education and infrastructure, instead of spending it all on gibs

>I want to take people's money at gunpoint for my extremely large government gang
>I'm a decent person!!!!

Because it is, but the south is not much better than the southeast or central-west.

reminds of "minha casa minha vida"

This is what the Colombian favelas are like.

the south is not really different from most of the country except the north and the northeast coast
