There's a row house like this for sale in Amsterdam for €1 million.
Made national news

>European

Europe is not a country and the situation is different in every country.

Made national news for being so cheap or expensive? Feels like 1 million would still be on the cheaper side if its in the middle of Amsterdam

4-bedroom freehold house for £285k? That would be about £450k where I'm trying to buy, and £600k in London. I'm not sure anywhere in Europe is as bad as the UK for house prices, maybe some cities in Germany but I'm not sure

meanwhile in a functioning country

Expensive, it was 1.5 million though
You need to understand it's because those specific rowhouses here have always been build as social housing or private ownership for people with below median wages. The rule used to be that if you had a job of any kind you could own one and growing up inside one was embarrassing because it means your parents were poor.

lol

590k in europe

Nigga, Hamburg is one of the most expensive cities in Germany, and i bet if i google those parts of hamburg they’re probably the best ones.

This actually seems like a pretty great deal for a 2 people starter home. Have I been buck broken?

cope
nobody wants to livei n gooperadstat

Isn't Ohio a huge shithole? I've never heard anything good about that state.

yes, paying 335 for a flat (not a house if it touches other peoples appartments) is a cuck move

425k on average

Oh ok I thought you meant those other ones in the middle of the city
Where are these row houses placed? If its close to the center then it will determine the price more than its history of being social housing

Nevermind. It says Ohio street, not the state lol
