What's the appeal of discord? I tried many times but every single community I joined felt like a massive circle jerking cult. It also has way more pedos than Any Forums, at least here it's almost impossible to share personal info without getting doxxed which discourage groomers.

the idea or discord is neat because it transitions (no pun intended) forum culture into the modern web. The main problem with Discord is, that it will always end up as a rat utopia because of two types of mentally ill people who live on the internet
