its a mess fairly close in resemblance to the west bank, with the majority being under moroccan control but some sections controlled under sahrawi militias. The majority of sahrawis live in algeria though, and algeria actively funds them to fight morocco.
Also the sahrawi controlled territories are one of the few places on earth with no internet connection at all.
