Allies should have nuked that shithole in ‘45

it was completely raised to the ground by the germans though

wow pooland is so advanced and first world

it was destroyed in 85% (only Stalingrad is comparable in destruction), 18th century paintings of Warsaw had to be used to rebuild it later because there was nothing left
and the population dropped from 1,300,000 in 1939 to 300,000 in 1945

this warsaw posting is ironic or poles are really proud of their skyscrapers?

Not much better huh

15% left to nuke.

Funny how the Soviets and the Nazis worked together one last time to fuck up Poland, by the Soviets not intervening to prevent the Nazis from crushing the Warsaw uprising.

Poland is actually the only country with modern cities in Europe.

well I will leave it for you to figure out

yes
prior to coming here, all poles kept telling me the worst things about it but i actually liked it very much

Is it possible to live in Poland but go to work in Germany?
Do poles practice it?

>Is it possible to live in Poland but go to work in Germany?

Yes but it's now less popular than let's say 15 years ago. Generally it does happen that people who live somewhere along the western border work in Berlin but we also have the opposite trend, Poles live in German villages while working in Szczecin so they could take advantage of the German low housing prices and whole welfare system while still working in a Polish environment, with Polish language (and simply there are no jobs on the German side in rural areas)

yes, most of poles that go abroad do that, earn in foreign currency, come back and buy a car, renovate their house, start a business etc.

I guess he means that you live in Poland while commute every day to work in Germany

> of the German low housing prices
Prices in Germany lower then in Poland? Are germans thirdies?

oh
