Technically some intersex females could have penises of some form. But that's a separate topic than transgenderism. An unambiguous male human with a penis will never be an adult human female. Therefore they'll never be a woman in any meaningful sense. The only way you can call them a woman is by arguing for a different definition of woman, and none of the definitions you can provide are useful as categories. You have to argue something like self-identification, which is circular and turns woman into a useless label. If you instead say "woman is a social class," you'd have to justify why transwomen belong to that social class rather than just sharing some overlap with adult females. Because the social class of woman exists because of the biology and the collective responses to people having the biology. Including individuals and their responses to their own female biology.

Basically, the only arguments for transwomen truly being women rely on playing with words and obfuscation.

Yeah exactly. I'd imagine transitioning actually does help some people feel satisfied with themselves (though far too many people are being lead to it), but you still need to acknowledge the reality of it all. Identity doesn't define reality, and self-identity holds even less weight.
