Propaganda can sometimes still be entertaining. This movie is the only one in a long time to remember that. We used to get these kinds of blatant military recruitment ads every summer like Independence Day and Pearl Harbor (frankly, most Michael Bay movies fall under this category). So yeah, it's a watchable film with some decent action and cool characters. Doesn't mean I'm going to fall for its agenda or buy what it's selling though. And absolutely no one should sign up for the military just because they watched a movie like this and it made it look fun.

yes the movie is filled with military inaccuracies, and makes Iran a lot more imposing than it is IRL where it's a joke that Russia had to save from goatfarmers in Syria.
Nobody in the world but US/its allies have 5th gen fighters in frontline service atm. China is making progress but Russia basically has the same 7 su-57 airframes and the fiasco in Ukraine isn't going to help it enter service anytime soon.
