I guarantee that unless you actually listen to anglophones all the time, speak yourself as often as you can, and catch whatever pronunciation, tense etc. mistakes that you are making frequently, only your written English is good. Or rather typed as even simple handwriting is on its way to follow calligraphy and the dodo.
