It's a masterpiece.
I really enjoy this movie but I don't see any point at which you'd cry. When and why did you cry?
The train sequence is honestly one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in a movie. I'd watch eight hours of that.
I cummed
The scene at the end where she frees Kohaku just hit me in the feels.
Totoro is his best film tho
Very autistic post
I wanna ghibli her chihiros
What's the western equivalent of this kino?
The only good western animation movies are
Lion King
Ratatouille
Emperors New Groove
>inb4 all Disney / Pixar
Not sorry, not my fault
i liked song of the sea
>captures the magical realism genre better than film
how did he do it?
I cried when Haku's curse is lifted.
I love movies bros
Different user, but it reminded me of a time in my life that is now long gone, so I nearly cried at one point too
Its a very pretty movie but the love the kid characters had for each seemed more enforced by other characters saying they were than the kids themselves. I think Japan uses the word love for attraction to someone/thing, not always even a sexual attraction but more pretty or cute.
Weirdly enough this is the part I always cry at
For me, it's my all-time favourite animated movie Princess Mononoke.
Add Prince of Egypt to that list and its perfect
Many older Disney movies are great.
unironically Kung Fu Panda, right down to the eastern spiritualism and hero's journey story structure
nah, their boring POS.
tinkerbell is the ultimate onahole tho
I liked it.
>When and why did you cry?
Not him but the part where Haku bought Chihiro food and she started crying while eating it made me cry. I think it's the accumulation of all the shit she'd been through and this being the one time she can vent her feelings triggered it in me. It's a very relatable feeling for somebody who represses emotions around most people.
Even Alice?
