I would guess 10-20% of the people in my city (or at least the areas I visit) aren't natives, so if I go out at all I'm practically guaranteed to come across some. If we're talking interacting with one tho, that's much rarer, seeing how no one wants to put them around people and just has them work as janitors or in the warehouse, not as a sales person or customer support
