Why would anyone live in a city though?
Just move to the country, it's cheaper, get a house with land for the price of a flat that doesn't even have a parking space in the city.

obviously the american one looks better

actually I think I could live in this. Can you have chickens in these gardens?

My mate has a chicken coop, lives in the city with a garden about the same size. So I don't see why not, just need to watch out for foxes.

if those houses were twice the size, they would be fine. even places in nyc are not that thin.

it genuinely looks like some impoverished mexican town

grim

The uk is insanely comfy, best country in Europe

and this is more typical in the us.
frankly this is where the urban poor in some places live.
lotta killings in these streets

design wise its all over the place.
each place looks a bit different.
this is in the us capital.
these are maybe middle-class homes even in DC.

far more so 15-20 years ago.
but average incomes in DC are super high even for the US.
even today upper middle class for the area.

in this rare instance, the merican pod seems more appealing but i would probably still choose the UK because there is no way i'm living in the US

freedom and its consequences scares the European.
my ancestors embraced it.
now my family is rich.
