Yes, we do this. So what?

Check the average GPD per capita of countries that do vs don't and you'll see only poor people use kettles

why not use the kettle?
I will never understand the American obsession with microwaves.
I call my microwave the Tuckerfucker because it ruins all food that enters it.

Australia should be dark green, our gdp per capita is 59.9k.

microwaved water taste metallic.

don't @ me mutt
your taste buds is clogged with with corn syrups, you can't tell the difference

if being poor means smarter, then....

Let us examine something:

Q1: What is the purpose of boiling water?
A1: There are a myriad of reasons, but it's to warm the water to aid in making some final edible product.
Q2: Okay, then what is the most efficient way of boiling water?
A2: Well a heating surface, of course!
Q3: Why that way?
A3: Because... It's how you're supposed to do it?
Q4: Is it the most efficient way?
A4 (retort): What do you mean?
Q5: Well, assuming the time it takes to boil the water has no ill effects on the final taste or quality of the the edible product, would it not make sense to boil it in the most efficient manner? In other words, the most timely way?
A5: What are you suggesting?
Q6: What common household appliance is specifically engineers to produce radiation that energizes water molecules?
A6: A microwave oven?

Q.E.D.

The average IQ in Brazil is 83, that means a large portion of your population has an IQ lower than 83, actual retards.

Yeah but why do you cook food in it?
Microwave isn't even good for reheating pizza it makes everything soggy. Rather eat it cold.

microwaves are only for "cooking" processed foods (which are mostly precooked) and making instant noodles(because we don't have/use kettles). People do use coffee machines to heat as well because almost everyone has one. It's hard to justify buying a separate appliance that just heats water when we already have the options(it's only like a minute or 2 slower)

If it isn't something processed, that's what an oven is for. If it's a dish that requires simmering, you'd use a cooking top. But for the sake of argument, if your purpose is to boil water for a meal where it doesn't affect the quality of the meal, a microwave is king.

Sure for boiling water, that is its only use and it takes up a fuck load of bench space.

Oh and stew, you can reheat stew in a tuckerfucker.
Still tastes better if you reheat it in a pot though.

I do on IH stove.
I wonder what's the most efficient way

at least i don't boil water in the worst possible and longest way, retard

Kettle uses half the power of an average microwave and the boiling time isn't double, your point is moot.

Just because mega-corporations use your shithole of a country as a tax haven doesn’t mean you’re earning more, Mick.
