That's a good price for 2500 sqft. I'd buy that if it was on the UWS.

Are you sure that's a house?

>2,500 sqft
>1 bed and 1 bath

that's the lot the building is on.
the actual apartment is probably like 600 square feet.

That's not bad at all.

My condo was $750k, it’s also about 2500 sqft but I have 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. I also have my own parking spot and personal terrace.

that would be a normal price here, but you earn 5 times more
americans dont suffer

tried to find a similar apartment here in Moscow, which would also be as close to the main attraction (central park) as yours and here it is

>36,6sqm / 400sqft apartment
>2km away from the red square
>$400k

polish user is right americans dont suffer

It's the price of the HUSTLE and BUSTLE. That being said, despite was chuds say NYC is a really great city, and their salaries are insanely high. Got a coder friend who's making 210k/year programming for some finance company.

its one bed one bath
and to that cheap the HOA fees must be thousands per month. even at all time highs our real estate market isn't bad compared to other places. But the cost to live in nyc is high.

What is the catch?

depends on who you are. if your poor its hell. If you live off 5th ave its can be magic.
there are two Manhattans
this one

and this one

both are real.

crazy high HOA fees. that why they don't put it in the listing. for what you pay in fees every month. you could probably borrow 500k more.

That makes sense.

>2525 sqft
????

that is the lot size the building is on.
the actual apartment is probably 600 square feet.

No it isnt, New York literally has the second highest rent out of any city in the world

that's cheap considering rent is like 10k per month

I literally have no idea how big that's supposed to be

around 60 square meters.
