People usually take antidepressants, think maybe half of the population here is on em even the young people, only a genocide can solve this issue

pretty common, I have both but I'm not gonna take any good boy pills I'll just stick with weed and alcohol since that seems to be working plenty good enough for me

I never had depression but I have pretty bad anxiety. I honestly think anxiety is genetic. It’s like my body is pumping me full of fight or flight adrenaline all the time, when I talk to people, when I do new things, when I have intrusive negative thoughts or worry about shit. All my family members are similar.

I lift, have a good diet, etc.

Pills, suicide or they drink themselves to death.
I'm doing the latter

I am also afraid of other people (mainly girls) but it goes away when I stop thinking completly

No user, you are not really afraid, but your body reacts like you are in danger or something and just pumps you with the correspondent chemicals. In some people it could be as bad as a panic attack, fainting like tony soprano, or just feeling uneasy.

Therapy helps. There are also technics and such that you can use to cope with it.

I have social anxiety. It improved a lot since I decided to treat it. Basically my psychiatrist gave me clonazepam and I joined something like a masterclass for anxiety . Both helped me a lot.

with a goal and working towards it. I am the happiest when I am working towards something and making progress or failing

mine went away when i started eating 2 propavan sleeping pills before bed and slept like a baby which gave me more energy so i started working out which made me even better and i stopped eating fast carbs altogether which further made me even better.
First get your physical needs fixed, sleep food training sunlight etc.

The rest of mental unwellness is not solvable with anything but umwillen

It's Amerikkka culture -, and seriously, I'm not picking on you. So the other day I was scrolling through Twitch empty streams (I do this whenever I'm bored) and then I found this American teen's s stream and decided to check it out. I swear, for all the time I spend lurking there, his friends were constantly mocking him, pushing boundaries and making he feel bad about himself just because. Now, I understand kids are kids everywhere, and bullying is a worldwide phenomena but come on - there was something about those kids and their American worldviews, that took that bullying to a new level. No wonder you guys troon out, become right-wing supremacists etc. It's maddening.

Imo modern culture is not fit for healthy human beings, specially modern American culture.
