Meanwhile I've been unemployed for 14 months.
Does this happen in your country?
Look up former classmates on LinkedIn
It does. I want nothing to do with the people I knew from high school and university because it's embarrassing. I just stopped looking them up.
Fortunately I forgot a lot of their names.
Most are just writing bullshit titles, I do have a bullshit title (Devops Consultant, Monitoring and hardware quoting) on LinkedIn but I wrote "I fix PCs" in my description.

>Senior Diversity Manager
Makes money out of stupid woke shit, useless skills. Sadly, these kind of people can make a lot of money. While other skilled workers get scraps for payment. My advise is not to pay attention to them. But you have to start working, you lazy cunt.
>become medical doctor
>work ER
>user is a doctor, based, how cool
>get tinder matches just because of it
>decide to go into a pathology residency because it's interesting, brainy and 100% diagnostic
>don't get tinder matches anymore
>pathology, user? what a waste...
>former classmates tell me "uuuh, at least you're home early, right?" and give me a sad look
People are retarded.
VP means jack shit
Senior is just a guy with 2 year experience
This, Senior Vice President means "I've been here for long and still can't get promoted"
>look up female classmates
>all doing very well, some married
>look up male classmates
>70% of them are literally me
Feels good when you don't suffer alone.
>don't even know what linked in is
>don't have this problem
Is the university of Zagreb good? when did you graduate? what are your work prospects like?
based
>university of Zagreb
Completely mediocre. It's hard, but not in a useful way. You end up teaching yourself everything or you learn a bit from fresh residents. The professors are entirely useless and exist only to exam you.
>graduate
Been a couple of years.
>work prospects
Getting anything in Zagreb is hard, even work as a GP substitute. Getting any popular specialty (dermatology, ophtalmology, cardiology...) anywhere in the country without a HDZ membership or family ties is also very hard. Family docs can make 1200 to 1600 euros. Pathology is relatively easy to get and has normal working hours. Residents get paid 1100 euros, specialists get 1600 and up if they have extra hours and duties. Surgeons, anesthesiologists and busy internists can get up to 2400 euros, but with lots of overtime.
Is your license valid for work in Europe or do you have to take an exam to qualify? I am in the faculty of medicine here and I find that the experience is similar to what you described although Zagreb probably has better resources and management.
they will still be chinese so who cares
None of you is doing anything useful.
chinese are superior to malays and especially endians
NEET is comfy
I work 1 year, and take a break for 1 year
(You) are chinese
Kek why are Singaporeans so obsessed with titles? The Singaporean company I work for has more members in the board of directors and management than the people who do actual work kek
you had more than 6 classmates i hope, what do the worst loosers do?
also titles means nothing, only the sweet mix of income and personal freedom. you can be senior cuck manager, make 200k year and still dont have time for anything.
>First job was at a software testing company
>Nowhere near as fancy as it sounds, pay was shit as were the hours
>Colleague asks me if he should go for the Senior Tester role
>Me and another guy convince him to go for it, help out his confidence etc and he gets it
>I leave a few months later since it was a shit job
>Many years later after periods of NEETdom I've finally worked my way into the UK average pay bracket
>Look up people I knew on Linkedin
>Come across that guy from my first job
>He's a fucking director at some American software company living in Manhattan
>Turns out he did the tester > senior tester > team leader thing at 2-3 companies and this one liked him so much they made him a manager then kept promoting him up
Same especially women makes me seethe.
Yeah, medical license is recognized in all of the EU plus UK, Norway and Switzerland. Only problem is getting to a B2/C1 level of language fluency.
>diversity manager
Wish I had a job on which I have to do nothing
Yeah an exclassmate i saw as fellow hopeless virgin like recently got a gf. I'm doing alright profesional though.
>Senior Diversity Manager
Yup that's a woman
>diversity manager
Man I wish I had a job that allowed me to be racist and sexist and get paid for it. No one is paying for my Any Forums posts.
I have literally 0 contact to any of my former classmates. Some dude always gets recommended to me on LinkedIn he's a business developer something. Idk what he does but it doesn't sound very exciting.

The transition to firstie economy is basically the transition from working to pretending to work
>Diversity Manager
In Singanigger?
Still need to be good at it also testing sucks (although it can be comfy, if the Dev are decent you can just say you tested the thing)
yes
culture here is US equivalent
my local gamedev community got overwhelmed by people promoting diversity thought
the original lively community is dead now, replaced by "daily diversity in game industry" news
