This has to stop

the barren, lifeless vistas of New Zealand, not the farmland as envisaged by Tolkien

Yeah Washington dc is fucking tiny. What a dumb concept

Don't care about the books, or tolkein. Just the films that will always be perfect :)

I beg someone tells me what they eat

>just plop it the middle of a huge plain

not exactly the most defensible settlement, even if it's on a little hill

New Zealand is mostly farmland in the areas where it was shot.

Don't care it looks cool, I'm gonna watch them again while my gf sucks me off

What did they drink more like. Medieval settlements were usually built on rivers, usually in a naturally defendable position. I see no water source.

How are the horse riders going to defend it if theres no plain to ride on?

They're horsey Anglo-Saxon types, of course their cities and towns are just going to be shitty little wooden burhs.

Whiterun. Home.

Horseniggers do be like this

>nation
>capital
Do people really not understand how feudalism or vassalage work?

>Horse people that mostly live on the plains
>Massive capital

>mongols didn't have a thriving capital

weak excuses

The river Entwash is right next to the city. You know, that Tolkien dude; he knew one or two things about the middle ages.

The Mongol Empire consisted of most of Eurasia, and they also basically didn't until they build one with the explicit intend to use it as a capital. Rohan is a comparatively small state that doesn't even actively conquer much.

Ummm actually nations have always existed. see? my country's official history says so. :^)

The plot is literally them evacuating and moving into the stone fortress on the cliff.

It's just that one city from Skyrim

Skyrim came later.

>But the first Elder Scroll game was made before the movie.
Whiterun in Arena is fucking massive and looks nothing like the whiterun in Skyrim.
