Literally and unironically, who was in the wrong here?

Anya for doing that cringey hand pose on the poster

Amleth obviously. Fjolnir was just living a comfy farm life with his wife and sons.

with slaves

>Poster with lots of drakkars
>Only see one in the movie

Different times. Fjolnir was still much better than Amleth's dad.

how do you know? because nicole kidman said so?

>nearly 1/3 of the poster are actors who only appear in cameos
Who was in the wrong? Me for believing Any Forums and falling for hype. This movies was dogshit.
*yifs and farts in your general direciton*

Because he cared about his family more and wasn't a warmonger that craved a warrior's death.

>Because he cared about his family
>Care about family
>Murder your loving brother and order your nephew killed just to get some "fresh" pussy

He was coerced into doing it by Kidman. He did it for love and he ordered his nephew dead because he knew what would happen if he survived, which did end up happening.

Nicole Kidman was the bad guy

A woman is doing the most evil thing a woman can do, killing her young child for reasons, and you do her bidding, what does that makes you ?

She only wanted Ethan hawke killed, it was just too dangerous to let amleth live so she agreed to add him to the kill list. She did it for her freedom.

duh

THE WOMAN

one of her children is a tranny

>so she agreed to add him to the kill list
You just said she's the one behind the whole thing. Who is she "agreeing" with?

It's weird how Fjolnar was sort of humanised a little when he explains to his son the importance of working, and also his comments about Aurvandil being evil and thus Amleth also being evil.

The movie shows nothing of Aurvandil's "evil", Amleth's clearly an idealistic boy at the beginning and only becomes a revenge obsessed berserker because of Fjolnar and Fjolnar is shown to be complicit in Aurvandil's raids and summarily kills his slaves.

Was the point that Nicole Kidman and Fjolnar were just fucking deluded?

The white race for existing.

Amleth for abandoning his pregnant qt wife to people he had never met to go fight an elderly man.

He was based

If they guy missing his nose and not lied about it, none of this would have happened. So all of this is because of him.

Amleth was the one most in the wrong. His father was supposedly a drunkard asshole to everyone but him which is why he got killed.
At the end of the movie, he almost lets go of his rage and decides to travel with Anya to start a family. Yet he leaves her and their unborn children because of his misplaced pride.
He goes on to murder his mother, his brother (who is a fucking child), and his uncle. Then he dies. His children will grow up without a father figure, just like how Amleth's father was stolen from him.
This whole movie could be an allegory for how trauma passes from one generation to the next, but what do I know.
