What do you think about that time Tom Cruise was a foppish vampire?

should he make a sequel? with brad pitt? we can have another hit?

LAUNCH THE CRUISE MISSILE

Would have preferred Julian Sands in the role of LeStat instead, but it is what it is.

I gotta say he ruined it. Brad Pitt also ruined it. They were both awkward.

agree 100%

The Warlock?
Not a bad choice desu

wasnt homoerotic enough

>cast a vampire as a vampire
neat

>What do you think about that time Tom Cruise-
Pure kino. Unrivaled performance. High energy soul. Every fucking time.

can they de-age Tom and put LeStat into a French Revolution film?

He was pretty good in it, and seemed to have a lot fun playing the character. Pitt was insufferable. reminded me a lot of Pattinson in Twilight

Came here to post this.

This was his best role.

>should he make a sequel?
a prequel or something set in modern day?

>Pitt was insufferable. reminded me a lot of Pattinson in Twilight

that's exactly what the character is like in the book. Anne Rice personally invented the mopey bishonen vampire trope that Stephanie Meyers copy-pasted to her novels.

There was a sequel, Queen of the Damned. It fucking bombed. Cruise wasn't in it though.

>Would have preferred Julian Sands
what an absurd statement. Sands is fucking terrible.

Never read the books but when I looked them up it did not surprise me that she made Lestat the main character in the sequels. Atleast that guy knew how to enjoy immortality

Loved it
