Bump

A solid crime drama. Lots of shootouts and grey area characters.

It's very good and has some things that in retrospect seem appalling to have happened

Kino considering a lot of things he got away with it.

colombian shenanigans

Just why?

kino season 1
boring shit season 2

Silver or lead

great soundtrack

stilled pissed that narcos mexico isn't going into the el chapo years or the zetas.

I thought for sure they were going to go into el chapo for the third season. Seemed like they were setting it up for that at the end of season two.

Isn't that what season 3 is (haven't watched s3 yet)? Or is that just covering the rather tame and boring 90's and the 4 big cartels that ran everything (Gulf, Juarez, Tijuana, and Sinaloa)
But yea shit only hits the fan in Mexico starting the mid 2000's

Narcos: Mexico is better.

So true.

I watched that Spanish "El Chapo" series to fill the void, but it's pretty bad.

I would love a Narcos type series on Los Zetas.

s3 is just the turf wars between the big 4 in the 90s.

kinda lame desu, 90's was calm before the storm
I'll still watch it for Amado-sama

Imagine Narcos covering the knights templar...

All I know about them is that Cartel Land documentary where the Autonomous/Rural Defence Force kicks their shit in with the Papa Smurf guy and then he just forms his own gang. I assumed it was a pretty weak gang if a bunch of civilian militias could beat them. Was I wrong?

Zerozerozero is loosely based on Los Zetas and where they fit into international drug smuggling

>CHI

Netflix shit. Read the book instead. Its much more kino.
