Yeah, the sets look great and probably will be too, but it's most likely going to suck regardless. Adapting anime faithfully almost never works.

Overall seems like Baratie will have a decent cast but you can write off Usopp's village. Arlong Park will be hilarious though.

Cowboy Bebop focused too heavily on both the Style and "fixing" the characters at the expense of pretty much everything else, it was trying way too hard and pretty much everyone involved lacked the skill to pull it off properly.
This at least seems like it's going a bit more of a natural adaptation. The big question is how they do the humour. Over the Top pantomime level acting will make it unbearable but at the same time it needs to keep as much of the silliness as possible.
