That was a funny night. I remember going down onto a beach to watch fireworks and there was this Aboriginal guy who was so drunk that he couldn't even say "Y2K" properly.

Croatia winning bronze in 1998

>witnessed
Nothing, my life is as boring as it gets, nothing ever happens to me or around me

I can very vaguely remember seeing some shit on TV about the collapse of the Soviet Union and the fall of the Berlin Wall. I seem to remember seeing Boris Yeltsin on TV a fair bit at one point and everyon talking about what a drunk he was.

First Chechen war.

9/11

you are Eastern "European"
you are Western European

haven't witnessed any

based boomer

omagh bombing

1999 economic default

Gen Y; my parents were boomers. Anything that happened in the 80s was a little too early for me to remember.

And you're African, so what?

Lemme guess, you've posted this only because it says "Central"

Probably 9/11 and the Iraq/Afghan war that followed.

As of events regarding Lithuania then maybe voting and ascession to NATO/EU.

This

Oh and there was an Earthquake that hit my city in the late 80s. It was a news event here, but it was so small that other countries wouldn't even consider it a real earthquake; only a few people died.

My earliest memory is of my dad returning home drunk af and proceeding to trash the house and beat my mother after she hid me in the wardrobe. I was less than 3 years old
As for historical events it was basically like this and I didn't care whatsoever
