Common meaning is "regret something" but are they synonyms?
なげく is to lament, to grieve, to feel great sadness at, especially if expressed in outward crying but not always
くやむ or くいる is to regret, to afterward wish something had been different than it really was
the original meaning of おしむ is to hold dear, to not want to let go of something, which can also mean to miss something dearly if it's already gone
