wish my grandad had taught my dad and his siblings Irish, kept it as a family language. preserved 3,000 years of Celtic tradition and language.

sure, nowadays I could learn Irish, but who would I speak to? The family I've got over there I've never met, don't know their names. My grandad died a few years ago, so nobody in my family speaks it now apart from a few phrases.
