I have. Not a fan of the weather and found curious that the police don't seem to give a fuck about scammers in touristic areas. I put a British rock playlist and walked around the city which was cool. It didn't blow my mind though but it was nice.

I found the people pretty ok. Polite for a big city. My favorite experience was eating at a cafe and I enjoyed visiting the national maritime muesem
