Even the houses look like something from IKEA.
Most new areas outside of the city looks like that in Sweden and Finland.
They just carve out a piece of forest and build.
>Even the houses look like something from IKEA
Not far off. They are usually pre-builds. Takes no time to build areas like this.
can't imagine any YT soyurban planners will be doing an episode on these any time soon.
>What you mean that people in nordic countries actually prefers drivable suburbs!?
Where are the fences
>middle of nowhere, still build 5m away from each other, with not even a wall or decent hedges to block your neighbors, have maybe enough yard to fit two chairs
>many aspects seem shittily designed for snow, those roads will be a nightmare
>the surrounding are not used in any smart manner either
Thanks, but I'll take the rintamamiestalo
>Thanks, but I'll take the rintamamiestalo
enjoy your 1940s level of comfort
not really a thing here, most people will plant hedge but it takes time to grow.
There's modern and modernized versions
It's actually scaring me. Why are houses so close to each other?
i hate these modern aquarium houses in built up areas,if you have a nice foresty plot of land or waterfront plot, they are great, but in built up areas they are cringe
Awful
>There's modern
yes known as modern house
>and modernized versions
oh yeah, renovated by some idiot who ruined all original structures by trying to make it more energy efficient, now you have moldy shed
That's great honey
>Why are houses so close to each other?
And i thought they could easily fit more houses on that lot.
All those places have nearby public transport unless you really live in bumfuck nowhere
