They never announced one. Some Babu Frick people appeared in the Mandalorian season 3 trailer that Disney decided to not put online yet. These guys are a team of droidsmiths who are going to take the IG-11 statue in the town square on Nevarro (which is IG-11's exploded chassis welded back together) and get him operational again. Instead of being autonomous, he will be a mech-suit which Grogu is in full control of.
