Imo it’s the best live action adaptation Disney has done they leaned into practical effects and actually got off their lazy asses and built sets so there isn’t a ton of terrible cgi that drags the movie down. Also the music composed for it was excellent it gave it so much soul.

Not Disney. They wish they could create something as soulful and pure as that film. It unfortunately came out during a time when all the great movies were coming out so it was overlooked by everyone.
