How many fryers does this restaurant have? The most I've ever seen in a kitchen is 4 double fryers and this is easily is several dozen full fryer baskets worth of fries. Given that the large amounts of frozen fries would take longer than normal to cook because the fryer wouldn't be able to maintain proper temperature I don't see how it's possible that almost all of those fries are completely inedible.
