the documentary is pretty info dense. but the basic thrusts of it are:

>many elected officials including joe biden were at pains to excuse he malfeasance of the ATF and FBI in hearings
>many FBI statements made under sworn testimony are demonstrably false, for example that the FBI never fired guns at the davidians, even though their own released heat signature videos show them firing
