Anyone with half a brain should be able to immediately identify the OP image as an American setting. The architectural style is Spanish Colonial Revival, which is a trademark of Southern California. There's no authentic Spanish styling in that photo, and the buildings are far too new and clean to be hundreds of years old to begin with.
