My sauna shed I live in costs similarly maybe even less I don't know. I sold my desktop rig and got a gaymining laptop, it uses MUCH less electricity and is 200% faster than the desktop rig I had. A win-win.

Not bad.
How do you live in a sauna shed? Is it big?

You can build a house out of GPU's and it would be cheaper than a shed in the n*ggerlands

it's more than possible
>pic related costs 1.015 euros

You ever fire the big girl up for a good steam and soak?

Why is it so cheap? What's the catch? Do you have some expensive obligations if you own them?

No it would cost €300k here

The house usually needs tens if not hundreds of thousands euros worth of work done to it, to bring it to up to code and the property usually is in middle of nowhere, with no surrounding infrastructure. Might have electricity, but that's it.

wtf you can’t buy empty piece of land in the remote parts of georgia for this little

in 's case the house must have abandoned years ago, so you'll have to spend a few thousand euros on refurbishing works, and you'll have to live in a tiny village with a considerable gypsy population

You can easily buy several hectares of land with this price.
We have state program of selling 1 hectare for 2000usd and the land is only 2-3 hours of drive from Moscow

it's happening here in Vojvodina too, cheap houses in far away villages that are dying out

Cheapest houses are around 10k here
So its a minging rig for a house

they really only want grand for that.
your wages are good why don't you buy it.

what is stopping you?
is there road access?
you could build a summer home.

Because E.Europe is super centralized.

There was news article of guy who collected bottles for a year and bought piece of land and small cottage on it, was like 1k€ and cottage was somewhere in rural lapland.

It's GDP per capita, not nominal. Why is kaunas, memels panevezys poor?

Its no longer 2010.
