So I was planning on visiting Japan and South Korea this month but I decided to post-pone it due to the Japanese goverment not allowing you to enter the country as a sole visitor and wanting you to move around in a group in a payed tour which I think is an awful way of travelling, I wanted to go there and go wherever I wanted to. Do you think the country will be open for regular tourists in november/december?
