Why do Hollywood producers get the physical traits of a character wrong by casting an actor/actress that look nothing like said character? An example is Selina Kyle (Catwoman) of DC comics.
>5'7''
>athletic
>black hair
>pale skin
>green eyes
I find it inconceivable that out of all the casting choices, they chose Zoe Kravitz for the role, who's
>5ft womanlet
>skinny and malnourished looking
>mulatto
>brown eyes
Is this an agenda? Like it can't hurt to cast an actress who more or less resembles the character they're portraying. If Warner Bros wanted to go the multicultural route they could've had Talia Al Ghul as the love interest since she's Arab.
>inb4 'but they were the best person to act for the role'
That argument would sound a little convincing if the likes of Kravitz could fucking act. There's nothing redeeming about her performance in the Batman.

It's even more baffling when they literally cast someone the looks like Bruce Wayne in the comics. Battinson has the sharp jawline, the stature and the hair to actual that helps make a convincing performance as Batman like pic rel. So why is there double standard. Why does the Male character get to have an accurate look but the female a race swap?

Because they hate White people and traditional beauty so they feel they must undo both.

They know what they're doing. It's all about programming and propaganda.

Why did they cast a English man then as Batman?

No Black.
No Goggles.

why do you think they're always with white guys, it's conditioning that's working

When they go to a cocktail party, the other pseudo humans clap like seals when they announce their bravery in casting a black person for a white role. Hollywood types are also more like than not to be wholly addicted to twitter, so the extra retweets and that sort of attention motivate them as well. Casting director for an adaptation in modern hollywood is the easiest, do-nothing job around.
