Because, contrary to what some millennial male shut-ins assume and the current nonsense in Hollywood about "intimacy coordinators" and whatnot, actresses do not mind being seen naked.
In fact, exhibitionism is something most women enjoy given the appropriate circumstances-- artsty/indie movies gives them an appropriate context but most of them would do it for mainstream movies as well.

Under the Skin, is a weird one to explain though. She obviously wasn't 'peak' ScarJo. And IIRC, she just had a baby, and she was working off the mom-bod, between MCU movies.
