Navy never cares about push up standards. I've taken something like 15 PRTs my entire time in (as an officer) and no one ever does correct pushups. Also, you take whatever number your partner does and you add 5-10 on based on how much you like them. No one fails unless everyone hates them lol. The Marines definitely care about form and legit numbers. Navy doesn't
