Other than what the other two anons said (importing voting cattle), it's one of those things that makes sense within the context of what's politically correct. Sweden has an aging society and importing young workers to uphold the pension system makes sense. Of course saying that these immigrants are low IQ, violent savages who will only burden the social welfare system even further while necessitating a society where more police involvement becomes increasingly normal (meaning you need to increasingly spend more money just to keep crime rates constant or falling at the same rate) is racist, so this is never part of the equation.

Kind of like how dousing a fire with water makes perfect sense, as long as you leave out that it's a kitchen fire and pouring water over it only makes it worse.
