Your flags are still on bernie my boy

The genre lends itself better to full length movies anyways imo
What do you think about GoT

t. vintage story enjoyer

your unironic best hope is anime

it's a sandbox game

Yeah

I'd actually love it if there was no fantasy elements in vs and they added horses and carts

>GOT
I like the books, I never really liked the show even when it first came out and I wasn't particularly surprised how the later seasons went though I haven't actually seen anything after like s3 or s4 I forget
it's still, even if I don't think it was very good, the closest to depicting a fantasy world like that of a book series, It's a shame it won't just die off and I think the LOTR series coming out is actually an abomination and I'm not being hyperbolic

You've autism

Never read the books or seen the show meself lole
>I think the LOTR series coming out is actually an abomination and I'm not being hyperbolic
Agreed, they picked like the worst source material possible to try and adapt into a show

y-you too

ASOIAF is pretty good. Most people complaining about the prose are pseuds imo as it is still genre fiction and I don't mean that in a bad way has a lot going on but they'll probably never be finished
they're also great settings for games (mods), the M&B and CK2 mods were great
I could see alternate history series being adapted as the next thing after every existing setting has been milked to death

Actually I remember liking that goofy live action merlin show when I was a teen
Wonder if it holds up

We've autism
w'autism

that was actually what I was thinking about, I had only seen a few episodes while home sick in HS and didn't think they were good
there was also legend of the seeker and a couple of other slightly later series that came out right after GOT did but only had one season. They were all not good

IK OOK

is there a big ethnic cuisine in kiwiland
like here in this part of the country there's a few but I'd say indian is reasonably big but when I've been in new england it's all thai instead of indian

I'd be kinda tempted to read at least one or two of the GoT books but I'm not a fan of pornos
Shannara is a breddy gud fantasy series that doesn't get much love anymore

>that was actually what I was thinking about, I had only seen a few episodes while home sick in HS and didn't think they were good
I definitely remember the first three or so episodes being kinda boring but still enough to hook me on seeing the show through
I also watched it when I was sick so idk if it was just the insane boredom that made me do it tho

I love when /lit/ talks about the fetishes fantasy authors always insert into their books. like odd descriptions of characters nipples and feet. that shit is pretty funny
