I mean a language which you can speak to all humans and they would understand you. English isn't a universal language because only 1.3 billion out 8 billion people speak it.
For example only 3% of east asians from countries like china, korea, japan speak it.
Only 5% of middle easterners can speak English.
Only 10% of indians can speak English.
Not to mention Africa and South east asia etc.
