Thats not even the bad part. The movie did a piss poor job in making care about anything happening. I dropped it midway through his second story, it was just boring, and i can usually into slow movies. Yes im aware of how it ends, still not interesting. Maybe it would be better as a book with all the naration it needed

No it's just that times have regressed so much that people now literally believe depicting something in a film equates to endorsing it. In Cronenberg's own words
