How true is that?
I recently learned that peasant lithuanian is very similar to hindi
good morning sir
People say that lithuanian has close ties to sanskrit or proto indo-yuropoor language. Not sure how much of that is that true, but singular words do seem to have some similarities.
"I’ll let you be the judge of that. Here are two sentences, one in sanskrit, one in lithuanian:
Sanskrit:
Kas tvam asi? Asmi svapnas tava tamase nakte. Agniṃ dadau te śradi tada viśpatir devas tvam asi.
Lithuanian:
Kas tu esi? Esmi sapnas tavo tamsioje naktyje. Ugnį daviau tau širdy, tada viešpatis dievas tu esi.
English:
Who are you? A dream in your dark night. I gave you the fire in your heart, so you are god our lord."
VGH my brown brothers...
This got blown out of proportion by people who know few things about linguistics
So if I visit lithuania, will they treat me as a gypsy?
Woah, didn't know there was a European IE language so close to Sanskrit. VGH Lithvania is Hindv
I can hardly understand YouTube tutorials, so no.
sir (only seems appropriate now)
it honestly blew my mind when i first learned about it myself, truly fascinating stuff
Lithuanians are the original Indians. The migration was in the opposite direction, those who stayed here became progressively white passing while those who left became more brown due to the sun.
lithuania is basically india
Pajeet bros ww@?
Woahh..
Probably it’s an original strand of IE preserved by the isolated swamps of Lithuania. IEs emigrated from the Eastern Europe area and the languages diverged while Lithuania stayed frozen in time
Wait I am pretty sure that putra is the Sanskrit word for son not sunus
...
VGH MY ARYAN BRVTHERS
Depends on if you are a chicano or some other brownskin too. If so - yes.
You basically picked up the 15 words that they share and made up a sentence. I could do the same with English and French and English and German.
i obviously didn't make that, and i don't speak lithuanian nor sanskrit - it's just something i found, hence the reason i included the link
but anyway, thanks for your input, hans-georg
It's actually more similar to Latin. We wuz romans.
Sure, I know that you just read that on Quora, Kevin.
but in reality you're just Slavs :)
If you look like army private Gonzales you will be fine. If you look like a gypsy but fat then people will think you are from Georgia (country not state).
Just because we ruled them, doesn't mean we are them. That's like saying Americans are actually indians or British are actually indians.
i never stated otherwise?
nothing of value to contribute, only spouting shit for the sake of being a wise-ass and appearing smart - and then getting buttmad when being called for it
in short: just your average frank-walter lmao
Where you put stress in words?
Old Latin is like Finnish stress always first syllable
Except Americans or British didn't mix with the conquered people, didn't adopt their religion and culture and didn't look like them.
>Latin is like Finnish
reminds me of this
Haven't seen this phenotype here often. Maybe 1 in a 1000 people.
Get it in your thick skull turk, We are not slavs and We are not white.
You would need to look at the stock package, that individual clearly beermaxxed his physique.
But it is
Your misquote and reaction picture doesnt change the facts
it's just some meme, i never said i agree or disagree with it, relax
Sanskrit more like, according to linguists.
