it's a haemorrhoid I can't shift
it's hard to tell cause the blood is usually mixed in the poo which makes it a dark red. when the poo comes out without poo (which is rare) it's a kind of pure-red. not necessarily dark, but not bright either.

One time I shit tons of blood, did a poo then a few seconds later felt a load of liquid come out, assumed it was liquid poo but the toilet paper was soaked through with blood. Thought I had arse cancer but dr wasn’t worried at all. Happened again so saw dr and turns out it was a haemorrhoid that only happened because I sit on the toilet for like 30 mins at a time and the blood builds up in my arsehole.
