We treat it as a sauce and do not fetishize it like Japanese and Americans do

god tier fat source. Love mixing it with tuna

There was a time where evangelicals were freaking out because of mayonnaise. They thought it was a Satanist company because of "hell" and "man"
Man from hell or whatever

great, goes with a lot of dishes
also heard that hellmanns is sweet garbage, looked up the ingredients and they add extra sugar but doesn't even contain mustard lmao

Mayonnaise is great here

mum bough a green mayonnaise and it was delish, ate it with my chicken nuggets

Terrible, cannot believe euros put it on french fries
Barbecue sauce >mayonnaise

I just mix Hellmann's with dijon mustard. That gives better results

Maybe add some lemon too, to make it more sour

A man of culture.

If you want a tip from my Ecuadorian friend, mix mayonnaise with salsa rojo. Outcome should be a pink mayo that's a bit "wetter" in texture, add hot sauce to taste if you like a spicy mayo. It is amazing on burritos, tacos, anything South American.

>mayonnaise on burritos
Canada was a mistake
