no, i just cooked and figure, i was happy how it looked, so i posted it. I don't cook very much.

Teflon is that black stuff that your pan used to be coated in before you scraped it off with metal cutlery. It makes food not stick to the pan, but if you ingest it it's pretty much poison, like lead
Also, that meat your "steak" is made out of is beef, right?
