I haven't seen this volume yet, but works like The Secret War from a previous volume is really good. According to the OP's screenshot and some webms posted on this board, there is some beautiful art direction in this particular story as well.

You do know a short can tell a story and have interesting animation at the same time? Bad Treaveling, Zima Blue, Aquila rift, and even The Witness were all able to do that. The "bad Spaniards rape the new world" story looked worse than the witness and told a much less interesting story.
