Method acting at its finest

At 5'5", he says casting directors have told him he would make a great character actor, but he's too short to be a star.
So, Rotella, 37, cast himself as the lead in a documentary about cosmetic limb lengthening and he's the patient.
On April 19, he underwent a painful procedure in which both of his femurs were broken, the first step in a process that will make him 3.25 inches taller. He hopes to be 5'8" by the end of July.
The surgical devices Paley developed cost about $15,000 each. Rich needed two, one for each leg. All the hospital fees, including physical therapy, came to an out-of-pocket expense of $100,000. (Insurance covers limb lengthening for medical reasons, but not cosmetic.)

This is mental illness. Why does no one talk about body positivity when it has to do with men?

That sounds like a terrible idea to get done at age 37. Maybe at age 17

>pay 100k to be 5'8"

Right? Imagine being this guy and thinking his height was the issue.

that's not the boardwalk empire guy is it

How will he cope when no one will cast him as a lead after this?

doesn't that make your body look absolutely deformed?

Your legs will seem quite disproportionate to the rest of your body, yes.

Shortie Italians are all naturally 5’5

Mental illness.

Only if he was perfectly proportioned prior to the operation which I highly doubt. Just look at his face. That doesn't scream 'my genes know what proportions are'

>still a manlet
>now a manlet with weird body proportions

>could sell 3 inches and still be over 6ft.
Feels good man.

why not just chop your legs off and get cool robot amputee legs at that point? it's probably less painful in the long run and you can be any height you want. probably costs less too.
