Have I ever told you about Bane? I met him on a plane once. He wore this really funny looking mask. It looked like a prop designer whipped it up in a weekend. Said it would be extremely painful if I pulled it off. That's the thing about Bane. He talked with this stupid accent like a British Darth Vader and always said the darndest things. We used to call him a big guy which was funny to us because he was only 5'7". He always told everybody he was 5'9" but that was with shoes on. That's why he was a big guy for us. Anyway, he punched me in the face and crashed my plane with no survivors. And he was a good friend.
