Why aren't French fat?

French cuisine is the fattiest in Europe:
>white bread
>duck and goose meat
>pate
>cheese
>coffee with milk and sugar
>sweets
>tarte flambee
>everything cooked in milk and creme fraiche

It's basically pure fat.

They don't eat candy. In France, confectionary is seen as something for children.

French people love exercise

forgot croissants. pure fat and easy carbs

A Frenchman told me they always sit down and enjoy their meals slowly and they don’t snack.

their women dont shower

good

We don't overindulge. You take a raclette with friends, eat so much fat in one sitting that you don't eat again for 2 days. Then do it again next week.
And to be fair most men past 30 have a decent beer belly. Just not obese, our food is fat but not THAT fat. Kepin mind we have some elements of the mediterranean diet with salad+olive oil for example that is going to be filling in the beginning of a meal.
Speaking of how a meal goes, your body gets much more fat if you watch TV while you eat, it has an effect on your brain. Here we take a long time eaog and talking while we eat, i often have 2hour, 3hour meals, while anglos gulp their shit in 20minutes in front of the TV it's not healthy.

Yeah this matters a lot.
"Snacking" is called "grignoter" and overwhelmingly seen as bad, children are scolded for it. "Snacking" is unhealthy as fuck.

But croissants and baguette jambon-beurre are snacks

I'd give the whore in OP's photo in exchange of Maria

they dont eat processed plant fat and glucose

but they're not americans so they aren't morbidly fat

Not really, you'll eat 1 croissant the morning for breakfast, and 1 jambon-beurre at lunch, but we rarely eat between meals. Maybe the "goûter" around 4pm where you'll eat a fruit.

Croissant is for breakfast. Jambon-beurre (not very common anymore but any equivalent)is a light meal for noon. Like you don't randomly open a pack of chips at 3pm then take ice cream at 11pm after eating, that shit makes you fat.
Also you see if you take one small sandwich at noon then a proper dinner at 9pm, then you have a more balanced day food wise. Eating only a sandwich at noon is very common and helps be less fat.
Likewise having coffee croissant and cigarette in the morning is much healthier than British beans+bacon+egg+sausage at fucking 8am, most French people are baffled when they learn brits do this.

Unironically cigarettes and walkable neighbourhoods. Cigarettes work excellent if you want to lose weight but are horrid for your teeth.

Huh... they are, aren't they?

Fat doesn't make you fat, it's a 50 year old meme based on a terrifyingly shit study that ought to die already

>Fat doesn't make you fat

Dietary fat has nothing to with obesity. It's the fucking fructose that people bombard their body with non stop. Yes, fat is higher in calories than carbohydrate, but it is very filling and doesn't impact your blood sugar.

But it is
Are you seriously telling us adults in other places normally eat candies or is this bait

this
beer gives beer bellies because the hops, hops contains a shitload of fyto-estrogens
hence why french alcoholics are nervous and skinny

>>Huh... they are, aren't they?
I eat around 1-2kg of candy per week.

I don't get how meds can just eat a piece of bread for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch then just not feel hungry for 10 hours until dinner

wtf, you still in Thaïlande ?

Fat doesn't make you fat

Indeed
It's not because both definitions share the same name in english that they are related in cause

You probably shouldn't do that

that's just you

Eating too much fat will make you fat. Honestly it's a question of quantity, that's why the Americans can become so fucking obese. Not only do they eat bad processed food, but it's mainly because they eat too fucking much.
