There are people on this board who have unironically been convinced by the algorithm that drivable cities will be a thing of the past. That all the comforts and freedom of this lifestyle will be voluntarily given up by everyone who enjoys them.

How do we cure these anons of their brainwashing?

Why do you guys always post desert suburbs.
I'm from new Jersey and our suburbs don't look like that

Every suburb in america looks like this thoughever

Walkable cities are also more drivable

Ah no.
Nah driving and especially parking in Europe and nyc is a nightmare. Their commute times are higher than us for a reason

>tfw oil will be $1,000 a barrel adjusted for inflation in our lifetime

Nyc is not walkable

Did you know that a city can be both walkable, drivable AND bikeable?
It's true! Insane I know but we have that here!

whole europe is like nyc, american moment

Yes

They genuinely think all of America is desert and that everyone has lawns that will turn to dust if not watered daily

What's supposed to be the alternative to this if you want a house on a 1/4th acre of land? I am not moving back to some tiny rentbox with neighbors above & below, kek

We are indeed a country of extremes. The western half has no water, the eastern half has too much.

Making a city more walkable can be very simple. Don't put up stupid obstructions, embrace paths of convenience people make

I'm sadly a goy. I just checked that synagogue to see if they are Orthodox or reform.

Its possible to have both

>every drop of American blood will spill in rivers to the seven seas before we let go of one centimetre of Walsharts tarmac
back to the base Pvt. Gomez

>sadly
You're pathetic

Jews are the chosen people chud.

I checked it on google street and it seems that there is totally sperated biking lane with a bridge that goes over the highway and connects into the mall. Man new Jersey niggas are rich, we don't have that in the South

Nope
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved.” (Ephesians 1:3-6, ESV)

I really want to see an example because neighborhoods take up space.
I lived in a suburban city that was pretty compact. You could walk to the gym, some fast food joints, and a grocery store if you so desired but you certainly had more options driving your car ten minutes down the road in any direction.
